Bea is on the HOA Board

Thank you all for your confidence in me!  

Surprise!  I'm on the Sabre Springs HOA Board and will begin my term on January 28, 2026.  

There is a lot of homework that I need to complete, to catch up on procedures and protocols of a new board member, so I do appreciate your patience through the holidays. 

I will upload as much information as I can, when I get a chance.  The "flu" has invaded the Wade household twice, since before Thanksgiving, and recently hit the whole family (NOT ME! I'm playing Nurse Florence Nightingale).  Thank you to Qwik Wok, next to OGGI's for providing their MIRACLE Egg Drop soup! 

I will try to scan in some documents we received from the HOA earlier this year.  

I will post new information as I receive it.
